Located in the small city of Fayetteville, UARK is a public school with a fairly large student population. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, UARK has also earned the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Social Sciences in Arkansas ranking.
The student loan default rate at UARK is lower than is typical, just 1.2% of students default in three years. There are approximately 6,821 students at UARK that take at least one class online. About 5,786 of the students at UARK are attending part time.
The #2 spot in this year's ranking belongs to Arkansas State University - Main Campus. Located in the city of Jonesboro, A-State is a public school with a large student population.
